Article 16.1-6. Maximum height of buildings.

The maximum height of any building or structure in a PUD District shall be as follows for all uses:

Belfries, cupolas, chimneys, flues, flagpoles, television antennae, radio aerials, and water tanks are exempt.

(3)

Any building or structure exceeding the lower measurement of 40 feet in height or 3½ stories shall be required to contain standpipe systems of an approved type and installed and maintained in accordance with the provisions of the BOCA Basic National Building Code as amended and the Fire Prevention Code.
