§ 11-2. Compliance with chapter; general penalty for violations.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to violate, or refuse, fail or neglect to comply with, any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto. Unless otherwise specifically provided, a violation of this chapter or any such rule or regulation shall constitute a traffic infraction punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
