Editor's note— An ordinance adopted February 18, 2003, repealed former § 11-56, which pertained to driving while under influence of alcohol or drugs (state law adopted), which derived from § 10-2 of the 1971 Code. The ordinance of February 18, 2003 also added new §§ 11-62—11-67, which pertain to similar subject matter.
