§ 11-103. Highway designation for law enforcement.

  • It is hereby ordained that the entire width between the boundary lines of all private roads or streets located in the county which access more than one parcel of land, which shall be determined by the number of the county tax map numbers designating said parcels, are hereby designated "highways" for law enforcement purposes. The entire width between the boundary lines of all private roads or streets which give access to manufactured home parks and the individual lots therein located are also deemed "highways" for law enforcement purposes even though such roads or streets access only one parcel of land as determined by the county tax map number.
