§ 13-9. Damaging, defacing, etc., property generally.
(a)
No person shall, knowingly and without proper authority, use, tamper with, render inoperative, destroy, damage, remove, deface, molest or otherwise interfere with any property of another.
(b)
A violation of this section shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor.
