§ 13-51. Violation of article.

(a)

Unless otherwise specifically provided, a violation of any provision of this article shall constitute a class 4 misdemeanor. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

In addition to any penalty that may be imposed for a violation of this article, the judge of a court of competent jurisdiction may revoke or suspend the pawnbroker's license for second and subsequent offenses.
