§ 13-60. General provisions.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or discharge firearms or air-operated or gas-operated weapons in any public park area or county-owned or operated recreation facilities administered by the county unless specifically authorized by a permit issued by the board of supervisors or by law enforcement personnel in performance of their official duties.
