§ 15-28. State law adopted.

Latest version.

Article II of chapter 15 relating to dealers in precious metals or gems of this Code is adopted pursuant to the authority of Code of Virginia, §§ 54.1-4100—54.1-4111, inclusive, as amended, and an applicant or dealer is subject to any requirements set out in the above State Code sections, whether or not such requirements are specifically set out in this County Code.
