Chapter 16. RIOTS AND UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLIES

§ 16-2. Participating in.

Every person who participates in any riot or unlawful assembly and who does not, at that time, carry any firearm or other deadly or dangerous weapon shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
