§ 17-3. Prohibited systems, devices and arrangements for sewage disposal.

No person shall construct, install, use or maintain on any premises in the county any system, device or arrangement for the disposal of human waste which may possibly contaminate or pollute any source of water or food, or which permits flies to have access to human waste, or which in any manner constitutes a hazard to the health of any person or which constitutes a public nuisance.
