§ 17-7. Maintenance of sewage disposal facilities.

It shall be the duty of owners, occupants and persons in charge of premises within the county to maintain the flush toilets, sewer and water connections, septic tanks, privies and other sewage catchment and disposal systems and devices thereon in a safe and sanitary condition at all times, free of offensive odors, without leakage, inaccessible to flies and so as not to constitute a nuisance.
