§ 17-23. Penalties; injunctions.

(a)

A violation of this article shall be deemed a misdemeanor and upon conviction any person in violation shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).

(b)

The agent, acting on behalf of the board of supervisors, may apply to the Circuit Court of Franklin County for injunctive relief to enjoin a violation or threatened violation of this article without the necessity of showing that there does not exist an adequate remedy at law.
