§ 18-46. Required.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person who does not possess a currently valid license from the county administrator to engage in the business of solid waste collection or disposal, for compensation, within the county.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for the occupant of any premises to permit any unlicensed collector to collect or remove solid waste from such premises.
