§ 19-104. Filing and recordation of ordinance.

Latest version.

Upon adoption of this chapter, or amendments thereto, a certified copy of the ordinance and any and all amendments thereto shall be filed in the office of the Franklin County clerk to the board of supervisors and in the office of the clerk of the circuit court.
