§ 19-210. Plat review fee.

(a)

There shall be a charge for the examination and approval, or disapproval of every plat reviewed by the agent in accordance with the fees as adopted in chapter 27, land use development, of the Franklin County Code. The fee is payable at the time of submission of the initial subdivision plat for review.

(b)

Subdivisions consisting entirely of exempt lots shall not be subject to this review fee.
