§ 19-306. Elevation and flood profiles of building site.

To ensure that residents will have sufficient land to construct structures which are flood free, the agent may require the subdivider to provide elevation and flood profiles sufficient to demonstrate the land to be subdivided is completely free of the danger of floodwaters.
