§ 19-364. Identification signs.

(a)

Street identification signs of the same design as required to meet the Virginia Department of Transportation standards, as amended, shall be installed at all intersections prior to the release of any road performance bonds held by the agent. The cost of all signs and sign installation shall be the responsibility of the subdivider.

(b)

Street signs shall also be required at the intersection to any private road or right-of-way created or modified as a part of an approved subdivision plan. The cost of all private street signs and sign installation shall be the responsibility of the subdivider.
