§ 20-132. Collection and payment into county treasury.

Latest version.

The clerk of the circuit court of the county collecting the tax imposed by section 20-131 shall pay such tax into the county treasury and shall be entitled to compensation for such service in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the amount so collected and paid over.
