§ 20-206. Expiration and renewal.

Each amusement operator's license shall expire on December thirty-first of the year obtained and must be renewed by January thirty-first of the following year. Any such license obtained subsequent to January thirty-first shall be subject to a penalty in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the taxes imposed by this division. The penalty shall not apply, however to an amusement operator commencing business after January thirty-first of any year.
