§ 25-15. Application of district regulations.

Latest version.

The regulations set by this chapter within each district shall be minimum or maximum limitations as appropriate to the case and shall apply uniformly to each class or kind of structure or land, and particularly, except as hereinafter provided in sections 25-16 through 25-22 below.
