The 220-North Rural Development Overlay District is intended to work in conjunction
with the requirements of the underlying zoning district. Where specifically enumerated,
the requirements of this division shall supersede the requirements of the zoning ordinance
and the subdivision ordinance, except properties zoned as Regional Enterprise Park
(REP). In the absence of an enumerated requirement of this division, the requirements
of the zoning ordinance and the subdivision ordinance shall prevail.
