§ 3-40. Expiration and renewal.

Latest version.

A license issued under this division shall expire on December 31 next following its issuance and shall be renewed no later than the following January 31. There shall be a penalty of ten (10) percent of the license fee, if the license is not so renewed, in addition to the annual license fee.
