§ 3-83. Fee.

(a)

The fee for a permit required by this division shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00), which fee shall be to help cover the expenses of investigations and inspections made with respect to the application for the permit. Such fee shall be paid prior to issuance of the permit.

(b)

If the county administrator determines that the attendance at a festival will be less than three hundred (300) persons, the fee provided for in this section may be waived by him.
