§ 3-87. Application.

Any person, firm, company or corporation which intends to operate, conduct or sponsor any carnival, fair or circus within the county, shall file with the sheriff a written application setting forth the nature and type of carnival, fair or circus it proposes to operate, conduct or sponsor in the county, and the nature and type of all of its entertainment facilities.
