§ 3-89. Investigation by sheriff.

The sheriff shall make or cause to be made, an investigation to determine the nature and type of carnival, fair or circus that proposes to locate in the county, and make an investigation and inspection to determine if provisions have been made for adequate sanitation facilities on or near the premises for which such carnival, fair or circus is to be maintained and operated. Within thirty (30) days after the receipt of the application, the sheriff shall report his findings to the board of supervisors.
