§ 3-91. Permit prerequisite to operation on premises within county.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or corporation to cause or permit any carnival, fair or circus to operate upon any premises owned by any person, firm, company or corporation within the county without the issuance of a permit by the county pursuant to this article.
