§ 3-92. Liability insurance required.

The applicant for a permit under this article shall at the time such application is filed, furnish satisfactory evidence that a public liability insurance policy in the amount of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for one person and three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) for any one accident, will be in full force and effect at the time such carnival, fair or circus is to be operated.
