§ 3-93. Bond required.

  • The applicant for permit under this article shall deposit with the county a bond in a form approved by the county in a sum not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00), conditioned upon saving harmless the county from all liability or any cause of action which might arise by virtue of the granting of a permit to the applicant, and conditioned further that no damage will be done to the highways, roadways, streets, sewers, trees or property adjoining such carnival, fair or circus, and that no dirt, paper, litter or other debris will be permitted to remain upon the highways, roadways or other public thoroughfares or upon any private property by such applicant. Such bond shall be returned to the applicant upon certification by the sheriff of the county that all conditions have been complied with.
