§ 4-62.2. Boarding fees.

The county may, at the discretion of the animal control officer, collect from the owner of any animal claiming such animal a fee for housing, boarding and maintaining such animal as set forth in the following:

Dog, per day .....$8.75

Cat, per day .....8.75

For animals not listed above, a charge reflecting costs incurred as to the keeping and maintaining of such animal.
