§ 5.1-11. Books and records of grantee.

(a)

Grantee shall file with the county a copy, true and accurate, with maps and/or plats, of all existing and proposed installations upon the streets. These maps and plats shall conform to the requirements of the county and shall be kept continuously up to date.

(b)

All books and records of grantee concerning its operations within the county shall be made available for inspection and audit by the board of supervisors or its designate after reasonable notice of a request for such inspection or audit.

(c)

Copies of all rules, regulations, terms and conditions established by grantee for the operation of its cable television system under the franchise shall be filed with the county and at the local office of grantee.
