§ 5.1-15. Provision of origination cablecasting.

At such time as a grantee's cable television system shall have three thousand five hundred (3,500) or more subscribers in said county or at such earlier time as the grantee may desire, said system shall operate to a significant extent as a local outlet by origination cablecasting and shall have available facilities for local production and presentation of programs other than automated services.
