§ 5-4. Establishment of setback lines.

No building shall be constructed in the county within thirty-five (35) feet of any street or roadway, except when a large portion of existing buildings along a section of street or roadway is within thirty-five (35) feet of such street or roadway. These provisions shall not apply within the limits of any town which has enacted a zoning ordinance or has adopted an ordinance establishing minimum setbacks.
