§ 8-49. Same—Sale or use of certain fireworks.

This division shall not apply to the use or the sale of sparklers, fountains, Pharaoh's serpents, caps for pistols or pinwheels commonly known as whirligigs or spinning jennies; provided, however, such fireworks may only be used, ignited or exploded on private property with the consent of the owner of such property.
