Article 16.1-2. Use regulations.  


Structures to be erected or land to be used shall be for the following uses:

(1)

Single family detached dwellings.

(2)

Two family detached dwellings.

(3)

Multi-family dwellings.

(4)

Town houses.

(5)

Day nursery or day care centers.

(6)

Neighborhood commercial uses intended to serve the needs of the residents of the planned unit development. Not more than 10% of the gross area of the PUD project shall be occupied by buildings and structures devoted to commercial uses.

(7)

Recreational uses, including club houses, golf courses, pools, tennis courts, and similar recreational improvements and facilities.

(8)

Accessory uses as defined in this Ordinance, except no accessory uses shall be located any closer than 50 feet to the project property line.

(9)

Public utilities, such as poles, lines, distribution transformers, meters, water and sewer lines.

(10)

Signs in accordance with Section [Article] 16.1-7 of this Ordinance.
