§ 11-99. Payment of removal and storage charges no bar to prosecution for ordinance violation.

The payment of any removal or storage charge provided for in this article shall not release the owner or operator of such vehicle or object from any charge arising out of the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any other ordinance or regulation of the county violated by him, or from the payment of any fine which may be lawfully imposed for such violation.
