The lot arrangement, design and shape shall be such that lots will provide satisfactory
and desirable sites for buildings, be properly related to topography and conform to
the requirements of this chapter. Lots shall not contain peculiarly shaped elongations
solely to provide necessary square footage of area. The agent shall have the authority
to require the subdivider to provide maximum building envelope information on the
final plat to demonstrate that any or all lots are of sufficient size and shape to
allow a buildable footprint with consideration of minimum setbacks required by the
zoning ordinance.
