§ 19-332. Pipe stem lots (flag lots).

Pipe stem (flag) lots shall only be permitted provided the average horizontal distance between side lot lines for any single pipe stem lot proposed equals or exceeds the minimum required lot frontage for the zoning district within which the lot is located. For lots that front on cul-de-sac turn-a-rounds or lots within the non-zoned portions of the county the minimum required frontage for these lots shall be thirty (30) feet.
