§ 21-5. Penalty.

A violation of any section of this chapter or any subsection of section 21-2 shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or a jail sentence of not more than six (6) months or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and a jail sentence of not more than six (6) months.
