§ 21-4. Tires used for agricultural operations.

  • Agricultural operations are not considered as a tire storage facility if the tires as defined in section 21-1 are utilized only as adjuncts to silo coverings or other coverings used to preserve and protect animal feeds used with livestock feeding operations. Two hundred fifty (250) or more tires in one immediate location where an agricultural operation is being carried on but not being used as adjuncts to silo coverings used to preserve and protect animal feeds used with livestock feeding operations must comply with sections 21-2, part 1 and 2 and with section 21-3. Immediate location shall mean that the tires are within three hundred (300) feet of one another.
