Application for a permit required by this division shall be in writing, on forms provided
for such purpose, and filed, in duplicate, with the county administrator at least
sixty (60) days before the date of the proposed festival and at least twenty-one (21)
days prior to a regular meeting of the board of supervisors. Such application shall
have attached thereto and made a part thereof the plans, statements, approvals and
other documents required by this division. A copy of such applications shall be sent,
without delay, by the county administrator to each member of the board of supervisors,
the sheriff and the health officer. The penalty for failing to comply with the 60
days and/or 21 days notice will result in the doubling of said application fee of
$100.00 per County Code section 3-83 to ($200.00) per application/event.
