§ 5.1-18. Restrictions against assignment.

The franchise shall not be assigned or transferred or the control of grantee transferred without the consent of the county board of supervisors, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld and the county shall be guided by reasonableness and industry standards as applicable to the cable television industry.
