§ 5.1-17. Technical standards.

(a)

Grantee shall conduct performance tests in accordance with the requirements of section 76.601 or any successor section of the FCC rules, as these requirements may apply from time to time.

(b)

The performance of grantee's cable television system shall meet the technical standards set forth in section 76.605 or any successor section of the FCC rules, as those standards may apply from time to time.
