§ 8-38. Responsibility and authority of the local fire official/fire marshal.

The local fire official/fire marshal shall have responsibility and authority as outlined in the most recently adopted version of the Statewide Fire Prevention Code and Virginia Code, section 27-30, 27-31, 27-32, 27-32.1, 27-32.2, 27-33, 27-34, 27-34.1, 27-34.2, 27-34.3, 27-34.4, 27-35, 27-36 and 27-37.
